These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by The Refinery Wellness + Aesthetics (“The Refinery,” “we,” “our”) and your purchase of services, memberships, and packages. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Content on this website — including treatment descriptions, pricing, and wellness information — is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results vary. Treatment decisions are made only in a consultation with our licensed medical providers, and certain treatments require evaluation and approval by our Medical Director. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Eligibility for Services

All medical services are provided under physician supervision. Candidacy for treatments such as GLP-1 weight loss therapy, IV therapy, injectables, and aesthetic procedures is determined during your consultation and may require lab work or medical history review. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment when it is not clinically appropriate.

Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Consultation requests submitted online are requests only, and are confirmed by our team before any appointment is final. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit a deposit where one was collected. Arriving late may require shortening or rescheduling your treatment.

Memberships

Memberships (The Rituals, The Revival, and The Refined) bill monthly and require an initial three-month term, after which they may be cancelled at any time with notice before your next billing date. The Radiance Pass is a single-month pass and carries no ongoing commitment. Monthly treatment credits are intended for use within the billing month. Membership pricing does not apply to premade packages, waxing, or beauty services.

Packages & Pricing

Premade packages are prepaid, non-transferable, and valid for twelve months from purchase unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on this website are current as of the effective date above and may change; the price quoted in writing at your consultation controls. Weight-loss program pricing includes four weeks of medication, and your monthly investment remains the same as your dose increases.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Services rendered are non-refundable. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened. Where a prepaid series or package is discontinued for clinical reasons, unused value will be credited toward other services.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information, follow pre- and post-treatment instructions, and inform your provider of changes to your health or medications. Failure to do so can affect both safety and results.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including The Refinery name, gem mark, logotype, copy, and imagery — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content, submitting false booking requests, or interfering with its operation.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Refinery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or alters the professional obligations owed to you as a patient.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
